School contracts

Connect to Communicate works with school districts in the San Francisco Bay Area that require temporary or long-term contract SLP services. We aim to accommodate our school client's needs and work closely to create a partnership that aligns with the district’s mission and values.

Payment Policies & Costs

Costs

  • Therapy Session Costs: $140 in office / $160 travel to daycare or in-home 

  • Consultation: $100 Services of consultation vary including: parent education, guidance with the IEP/the special education process, and home strategies.

  • Evaluation costs vary depending on the areas evaluated. Please contact us to see if we can meet your needs. 

Billing

  • We accept payments by Cash or check

  • We require payments be made upon date of service

  • Now accepting Kaiser

Cancellation Policy:

  • Fewer than 5 hour cancellation: $50 service charge.

  • No Show Appointment: Full service charge

Superbill Policy & Procedures

  • Clients of Connect to Communicate are solely responsible for any and all charges accrued. All Superbills are submitted to clients using our encrypted email service and this is the only way that Connect to Communicate delivers Superbills. Connect to Communicate is not responsible for contacting, coordinating, or seeking reimbursement from your insurance provider.

  • Patient requests to submit Superbills via regular email or physical mail will not be honored.

  • Superbills are itemized insurance based receipts that can be used for out-of-network insurance reimbursement submission.  Superbills do not guarantee that your provider will reimburse you for services rendered from Connect to Communicate.

  • Cancellation/No-Show fees are not applicable for insurance reimbursement and will not be included on Superbills. 

  • Superbills are generated on or by the 15th of the month following the month of services.  Patient requests for past Superbills will be sent out on or by the 15th of the month following the month of the request.  

Written Reports

  • Written reports, outside of evaluations, are not a complimentary service of Connect to Communicate. Written reports are billed at the rate of $350 per report. Please send requests for reports to our administrative inbox: contact@connecttocommunicate.com

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for your request to be processed.

  • Please include the information below:

    • Patient Name

    • DOB

    • Guardian Contact Name

    • Guardian Contact Telephone

  • Please be advised that requests for Written Reports will not be processed without providing the above information.

  • Once completed, Written Reports will be sent to the Guardian Contact Email on file.
